Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide quality service every time.

• Consultation Fees are non-refundable once the appointment has taken place. However, they may be waived at the consulting employee’s discretion.

• Labor & Service Fees: If you are dissatisfied with completed work, please contact us within 7 days of service. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue, which may include adjustments, repairs, or partial refunds at our discretion.

• Materials purchased for a project are non-refundable, but unused items may be left with the customer if requested.

• No refunds are offered for customer-initiated cancellations made less than 24 hours before service is scheduled to begin.
